Seahorse Estates offers centralized beach and bay community amenities in addition to the 7 planned beach walkovers, and they are currently working on expanding their existing beach walkover to feature ADA accessibility with a connected patio deck with seating for those times when you don’t want to get down into the sand but still want to enjoy getting out of the house, sitting at a picnic table or on a bench and enjoying the views of the beach. They are working with vendors now to plan out a beachside 9-hole community only putt-putt golf course, and they would like to continue developing the bayside amenities to include a picnic pavilion, horseshoes, cornhole, and a playground!
Seahorse Estates plans to have new amenities completed and ready for you and your guests to enjoy in Summer 2023 and will continue developing amenities until the community property has reached is full potential.
